This particular work is attached to the ceiling with a small motor which rotates the mirror. The mirror itself is mirrored on one side and opaque on the other side. Given its placement off-center in the gallery space, the mirror captures people and objects at varying distances, such that as it rotates the reflected images are illusionistically seen to move at different speeds.
